Ayed Academy for Training and Consulting is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies for an innovative online education platform targeting the Saudi market from Egypt.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
●Develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
●Manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media)
●Analyze performance data and optimize ROI
●Lead branding, content, and campaign execution
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, Product)
🔹 Requirements:
●Proven experience in marketing (EdTech/Education is a plus)
●Strong digital marketing and analytics skills
●Leadership and team management capabilities
●Excellent communication skills
●Experience in GCC/Saudi market is a plus

تعلن أكاديمية عايد للتدريب والاستشارات عن حاجتها إلى مدير تسويق لقيادة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق قائمة على البيانات لتحقيق نمو فعّال داخل منصة تعليم إلكتروني تستهدف السوق السعودي من مصر.
🔹 المهام الرئيسية:
وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق تدعم أهداف النمو
إدارة الحملات التسويقية الرقمية (إعلانات ممولة – سوشيال ميديا – SEO)
تحليل الأداء وتحسين العائد على الاستثمار
قيادة المحتوى والهوية البصرية والحملات التسويقية
التعاون مع فرق التصميم والمبيعات والمنتج
🔹 المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة في التسويق (ويُفضل مجال التعليم أو EdTech)
مهارات قوية في التسويق الرقمي وتحليل البيانات
القدرة على القيادة وإدارة فريق
مهارات تواصل ممتازة
خبرة بالسوق الخليجي/السعودي ميزة إضافية
