Sales Director – ELV / Light Current Systems
📍 Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a robust sales strategy to expand the company’s footprint in the ELV sector.
2- Revenue Generation: Drive high-value sales across integrated solutions, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Public Address systems.
3- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales department, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
4- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain influential relationships with Tier-1 Consultants, Main Contractors, and Enterprise clients.
5- Business Growth: Play a decisive role in identifying market trends and shaping the company’s long-term commercial roadmap.
🔹 Requirements:
1- Experience: 10+ years of solid experience in the ELV / Light Current industry (Essential).
2- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.
3- Market Influence: An extensive and active network of key decision-makers within the Egyptian market.
4- Track Record: Proven success in closing large-scale, multi-million EGP projects.
5- Seniority: Currently operating in a senior leadership role (Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager).
