Quality Control & Inventory Operations Specialist - مسؤول جودة وإدارة مخزون 📍 Cairo, Egypt Katee is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quality Control & Inventory Operations Specialist to support our inventory and warehouse operations. نبحث عن شخص منظم ودقيق للانضمام للفريق للمساعدة فى استلام المنتجات، مراجعة الجودة، تنظيم المخزون، ومتابعة العمليات داخل المخزن Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات • Inspect incoming products based on Katee’s quality standards فحص المنتجات المستلمة طبقًا لمعايير الجودة الخاصة • Ensure products meet required quality and finishing standards before warehouse intake التأكد من جودة وتشطيب المنتجات قبل إدخالها للمخزن • Handle product barcoding and inventory labeling accurately تنفيذ الباركود وتنظيم المنتجات بدقة على النظام • Organize and transfer stock efficiently to warehouse locations تنظيم ونقل المخزون بشكل صحيح داخل المخزن • Manage and monitor stock movement inside the warehouse متابعة وإدارة حركة المخزون داخل المخزن • Follow up with warehouse teams to ensure proper and accurate inbound processing متابعة فريق المخزن لضمان تنفيذ الاستلام والإدخال بشكل دقيق • Identify and report any product defects, quantity discrepancies, or operational issues رصد أى مشاكل فى الجودة أو الكميات أو العمليات التشغيلية • Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates الحفاظ على دقة تسجيلات المخزون وتحديثات النظام Requirements | المتطلبات • Strong attention to detail and organization الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتنظيم • Ability to maintain quality and operational standards consistently القدرة على الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والتنظيم • Previous experience in quality control, warehouse operations, inventory, or fashion production is a plus يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة فى الجودة أو المخازن أو إدارة المخزون أو مجال الفاشون • Comfortable working with inventory systems and barcoding processes القدرة على التعامل مع أنظمة المخزون والباركود • Ability to follow systems and operational procedures accurately الالتزام بالتعليمات والأنظمة التشغيلية بدقة • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability تحمل المسؤولية والالتزام • Good communication and coordination skills مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة • Basic English communication skills are preferred يفضل وجود أساسيات فى اللغة الإنجليزية About Katee Katee is a fast-growing fashion brand known for its handcrafted designs, trend-driven collections, and strong focus on product quality and customer experience.
