We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Telesales Representative to help connect new customers with the Fitclan experience.
What you’ll do:
- Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce Fitclan’s memberships, offers, and benefits
- Guide leads through the onboarding journey and explain packages and payment options clearly
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to convert leads into active members
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a smooth customer journey
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (fitness or wellness is a plus)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Arabic and English
- Strong ability to build rapport and close deals
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a target-driven mindset
- Interest in fitness, health, or wellbeing
