Business Process Specialist

Type: Project-Based (3–4 Weeks) with potential extension YallaCoins is looking for a Business Process Specialist to lead a high-impact transformation project focused on moving operations from manual, WhatsApp-driven workflows into a structured, scalable, and system-ready operating model. Key Responsibilities -Map and document all core business processes -Analyze current workflows, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies -Redesign processes to improve speed, control, and scalability -Create clear workflows ready for system automation and implementation -Define ownership and responsibilities using RACI matrix -Align Operations, Finance, E-commerce, and Tech teams on future-state processes -Deliver complete process documentation for management and system development Requirements -2–5 years experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Operations Excellence -Strong experience in process mapping (BPMN / workflows) -Excellent analytical and documentation skills -Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or transactional environments is a plus -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Success in This Role -Clear and documented end-to-end processes -Reduced ambiguity and manual dependency -Defined ownership across teams -Processes ready for automation and scale
