This role is critical to supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across the business. The ideal candidate will represent the company with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage daily administrative and office operations
β’ Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
β’ Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments
β’ Prepare reports, letters, and internal documentation
β’ Greet visitors and provide front-desk support
β’ Maintain accurate filing and document archiving systems
Requirements
β Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field
β 1β3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
β Excellent Arabic & English communication skills
β Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
β Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
