Job Description
We're looking for English customer service specialists to join our team in Nasr City, City Stars.
-Key Requirements:
-Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
-Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts (first shift ends at 11 PM, last shift ends at 6 AM)
Willingness to work fixed weekends during the initial 50-day training period, and rotational weekends thereafter
What We Offer:
-Competitive salary of up to 19,000 EGP gross, including taxes and performance-based incentives (KPIs)
-Special welcome bonus of 19k gross to be discussed!
-Extra uncapped sales commission( only if you have at least 6 months of sales experience )
-Additional overnight allowance for hours worked after 10 PM up to 2800
