We’re Hiring: Sales Executive 📍 Alexandria, Egypt 🏢 Celia Shipping | Full-Time Celia Shipping is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who are looking to start and develop their careers in the shipping and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and professional networking • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistics companies, and potential clients • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable shipping and logistics solutions • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and assist in price negotiations • Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the CRM system • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Stay updated on freight market trends, pricing, and industry developments Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of shipping or logistics is considered an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools • Target-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
