🔹 Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will manage and grow existing Class A & B e-commerce accounts while also identifying new business opportunities within the B2C market. The role requires someone proactive, relationship-driven, and focused on delivering revenue growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with existing e-commerce clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2C e-commerce sector
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client experience
• Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights
🔹 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities
• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
