Job Description

Katee by Kristina is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail while following internal processes and system rules. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries across WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media - Provide clear and professional communication in English and Arabic - Manage outbound calls when needed to resolve customer cases - Handle exchanges, complaints, and requests efficiently - Follow internal systems and company policies with accuracy and discipline - Ensure every customer interaction reflects Katee’s quality and professionalism - Escalate complex cases when necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction Requirements: - Excellent English speaking and writing skills - Previous experience in customer service or customer support - Strong ability to handle problems efficiently and calmly - Comfortable making outbound calls to customers - Ability to deal professionally with different types of customers - High level of focus, attention to detail, and system accuracy - Ability to follow company policies and procedures thoroughly - Strong organizational and communication skills - What We’re Looking For - Reliable and responsible personality - High level of problem-solving ability and good judgment - Strong work ethic and professionalism - Ability to stay focused and manage multiple customer conversations
