About the Role
Teleperformance is launching a brand-new account in New Cairo and is seeking enthusiastic, English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-growing, people-first environment. Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and KPIs
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience
Requirements
• English proficiency: B2 to C1 level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Cairo or Giza residents
• Egyptian nationals
• Open to graduates and undergraduates
